The problem

Most couples do not need a verdict. They need to see the pattern.

By the time something feels like a problem, it has usually been repeating for years — the same argument in different clothes. You cannot change a pattern you cannot see, and you cannot see it from inside it.

You keep having the same fight

Different subject, same shape. Bond scores how you actually handle disagreement and names the loop instead of the culprit.

Small things pile up

Not one big rupture — a hundred unspoken ones. A two-minute daily ritual keeps things at the size where they can still be said.

You do not know where to start

Advice is easy to find and hard to apply. Bond gives you one specific next step, based on your own results.

How it works

Four steps, in this order

1

Answer the baseline

Four routing questions and a 20-item sweep across eight domains — communication, trust, conflict, intimacy, values, stress, fun and appreciation. About ten minutes.

2

See your own picture first

You get a private insight immediately. Nothing is shown to your partner until they have finished their own side, so nobody is answering into an audience.

3

Pair, when you are both ready

Share a six-character code and you get a shared space: compatible results, a joint dashboard and one question a day you both answer.

4

Do the small thing daily

A two-minute check-in, a guided exercise, a streak you build together. Bond suggests the next step from your own scores, not a generic list.

What you get

Built to be used, not admired

16 assessments

From Love Languages and attachment style to conflict resolution, financial values and intimacy. Each one scored, explained and paired with a next step.

A daily check-in

Mood, energy, connection and one private note. Plus a question of the day you both answer — you see theirs only after you have written yours.

Guided exercises

Practical things to do together, with completion tracking and a history you can look back on.

A learning library

Short, plain-language modules on repair, attachment, boundaries and the patterns behind recurring arguments.

Shared progress

Streaks, check-in counts and how your scores move over time. Progress you can both see is easier to keep.

Memory Lane

A shared timeline of photos and moments, and a bucket list of things you want to do together.

The assessments

Sixteen ways to see the same relationship

Each takes eight to twelve minutes. Your answers stay private; a shared result appears only once you have both completed the same assessment.

Why it is different

Privacy and safety are not upsells here

Your writing is not training data

Check-in notes, reflections, messages and assessment answers are never logged and never sent to an AI model. Bond's insights are generated from derived numbers — scores, bands, counts and streaks — only. There is no conversation analysis of anything you wrote unless you explicitly paste it in and ask for it.

Safety on every plan, including free

Support lines and a calm safety note appear on every plan and no entitlement check can gate them. Bond is not a therapist and does not diagnose — it says so on every AI surface, every time.

Works for one, better for two

Everything works solo. Pair when you are ready, and nothing you wrote while using it alone becomes visible to your partner afterwards.

No verdicts

Bond will not tell you whether your relationship is healthy enough to continue. It describes what it sees and suggests what to try, in plain language, without taking a side.

Questions people ask before signing up

What is Bond?

Bond is a relationship wellness app for couples. It combines sixteen evidence-informed assessments, a two-minute daily check-in, guided exercises and shared progress, so you can see how you two actually operate and act on it. It draws on the Gottman Method, Emotionally Focused Therapy, attachment theory, Nonviolent Communication and the five love languages.

Is Bond a replacement for couples therapy?

No. Bond is a wellness tool, not a clinical service. It does not diagnose, it does not treat, and it will not tell you whether your relationship is healthy enough to continue. What it does well is the work between sessions: noticing patterns, keeping a small daily ritual, and giving you language for things that are hard to say. Many people use it alongside a therapist.

Do we both have to use it?

No. Everything in Bond works for one person. You sign up and get your own space immediately; when you are ready, you share a six-character pair code and the two of you get a shared space instead. Nothing you wrote while using it alone becomes visible to your partner afterwards.

Can my partner see what I write?

Only what you deliberately share. Check-in notes, reflections and your individual assessment answers stay private to you. Your partner sees a shared result only for assessments you have both completed, and a reflection only if you marked it for them. Bond's AI writes its insights from your scores and counts, never from the words you typed.

How much does Bond cost?

Bond is free to start and the free plan is genuinely usable: the onboarding assessment, the Love Languages assessment, partner check-ins, the foundational learning modules and three guided exercises a month. Premium is $14.99 a month and unlocks all sixteen assessments with AI analysis, the full library and the monthly deep dive. Premium+ is $24.99 a month and adds conversation analysis, advanced analytics, shared goals and therapist sharing. One subscription covers both partners.

Is the safety information paywalled?

Never. Crisis support lines, the safety note and every safety feature sit on every plan including free, and no entitlement check can ever gate them. Bond is not a crisis service — if you or someone you care about is in danger, please contact a local emergency number or a support line directly.

How does Bond handle our data?

Message text, check-in notes, reflections and assessment answers are never logged and are never sent to an AI model. Insights are generated from derived numbers — scores, bands, counts and streaks — only. You can export or delete your account at any time, and deleting your account removes your own content.

Start with your own picture

Answer the baseline, get a private insight, and decide from there. It costs nothing and you do not need your partner to begin.
