Safety and support
If something here feels unsafe
Bond is a wellness tool. It is not a crisis service, it cannot respond in an emergency, and it will never gate this page behind a subscription. If you are worried about your safety or someone else's, please contact a support line directly — you do not have to be in immediate danger to call.
In an emergency
Contact your local emergency number first. In the United States dial 911; in the United Kingdom dial 999; in the European Union dial 112.

What Bond does to keep you safe
- Safety is never a paid featureSupport lines and safety notes appear on every plan, including free. No entitlement check can remove them.
- Your private writing stays privateCheck-in notes and reflections are not visible to your partner unless you mark them as shared.
- No diagnosis, everBond does not name conditions, does not assess risk, and does not tell you whether to stay or leave.
- You can leave without losing yourselfUnpairing gives each partner their own private space back. Deleting your account removes your content.
If you are worried about your relationship
You do not need a reason that would satisfy anyone else. If you are walking on eggshells, if you are changing your behaviour to avoid a reaction, or if you have stopped telling people things — those are enough. Talk to someone you trust, or call one of the lines above.
If you are worried about a friend
The most useful thing is usually to ask directly and then listen without trying to solve it. Avoid telling them what to do; the decision has to be theirs. If they are in danger, contacting a support line yourself for guidance is entirely reasonable.
A small daily ritual is not a substitute for help
If you are in a hard place, please talk to a professional or a support line first. Bond works best alongside that, not instead of it.
