Billing questions
Do we each pay for Bond?
No. Bond is priced per couple, not per person. One active subscription held by either partner covers both of you, and the app shows which of you is paying.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — seven days on Premium or Premium+, with a card required at the start. The trial is granted once per couple, not once per person, so re-subscribing does not start another one.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, then the couple returns to the free plan. Nothing you have written is deleted, and your history stays readable. You can resume before the period ends and nothing is lost.
Can I switch between monthly and annual?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and Stripe prorates the difference. Downgrades apply at the end of the current period so you are never charged twice for the same time.
Which plan do we need for therapist sharing?
Premium+. It lets a clinician you both consent to see the reflections you choose to share, plus anonymous counts of activity. Either partner can withdraw at any moment, and access ends immediately when they do.
